Blocking calls won't really work, cause he can just call from pay phones and stuff. I think he's in denial about everything... You women can be too nice sometimes (I can't believe I just said that). Unfortunately you're going to have to be super blunt (bitch like) and get it through his thick skull that it ain't gonna happen. Maybe even tell him you have another guy you plan to marry or something. Bottom line is that you have to crush his hopes and dreams of being with you. If that doesn't work, then change your number and move out of the country.
