What a dis-location looks like

The thumb on the left is my thumb while it was dislocated... it's the side view of my left thumb, with the nail facing to the right. Looked pretty horrendous as though it was bent backwards. I thought I had shattered it or something.
Luckily nothing was broken and the doc was able to put it back in place. The image on the right is from after it was fixed.
